Here’s a bit more about me.
I’m a UX–UI designer with 10 years’ experience across agencies and in‑house teams. I began my career as a digital designer at BJL in Manchester, working on websites, social assets, integrated campaigns, chatbots, new‑business pitches and one of their biggest clients, Asda Groceries. Those early years gave me a strong foundation in fast‑paced delivery, creative problem‑solving and designing for real‑world constraints.
I later moved to Workhouse Agency, collaborating with talented researchers, designers, SEO specialists and full‑stack developers. Working alongside such multidisciplinary teams helped me sharpen my approach to user‑centred design, accessibility, and creating work that’s both effective and measurable. During this time, several projects were recognised by industry bodies including The Drum, Creativepool, BIMA and Prolific North.
Today, at Lloyds Banking Group, I apply that same creative and technical grounding to large‑scale services and journeys across both offline and online channels. I focus on designing experiences that are inclusive, delightful and simple for millions of customers across the LBG’s portfolio.
My recent training with Memorisely has strengthened my focus on modern UX practices, design systems and collaborative product thinking.
